At IPTV UK, we provide digital subscriptions. Once the service is activated, it is considered consumed. We do not offer physical returns as no physical goods are shipped.

99% of issues are related to configuration or internet stability. Before requesting a refund, please contact our support team. We are available 24/7 to help you set up your device.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued if our technical team cannot resolve a server-side issue within 48 hours. Refunds are NOT provided for internet speed issues, ISP blocks, or if you simply changed your mind after activation.
Free Trial Policy: To avoid any disappointment, we highly recommend all UK customers to request a free trial before committing to a long-term plan.
